Jubilation could not describe the sense of wonder and joy I felt last night, when I heard the amazing news, the next President of our great nation would be Senator Barack Hussein Obama.Hallelujah.
I dropped to my knees and thanked God for the new day he created in our country and in the world. Vindication for our ancestors, promise for my students, and a new reality for my nephews. What happened across this nation proves that America is still a nation of possibility, in which we constantly push for the promise of a better tomorrow.
We are blessed.
